Epic Staff, Epic Posters: Recruitment Reinvented
Whether solving problems in outer space or here on earth, the UK Space Agency knows that every task complete contributes to a bigger picture. Therefore, it needs to recruit the best, the most resilient and the outthinkers to join the coolest Civil Service Department.
To create a sense of mission and ignite passion in candidates, new adverts were generated as film posters using images from NASA and the European Space Agency to create a sense of wonder and intrigue. And, because the launches celebrated tomorrow are legacy projects started a decade ago it’s also an appreciation to all those involved for their contributions no matter how small.
